  • Conduct

    outbound cold calls

    to potential clients in the

    USA

  • Pitch company

    AI & IT services

    and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a

    lead database

    with regular follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed

    daily/weekly call and conversion targets

  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure lead quality.

    • Excellent spoken English communication skills

    • Prior experience in

      international calling / lead generation / BPO

      is preferred.
    • Strong

      persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling

      skills.

      work night shifts
