Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Skills and Qualifications Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
