Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in New Delhi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining product features, handling inquiries, and generating sales leads over phone calls. Responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an up-to-date database of customer interactions and sales activities. Coordination with the sales team for follow-up actions and continuous product knowledge updates will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Customer Service and Customer Support expertise to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales knowledge and ability to identify customer needs and close deals successfully.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through Training sessions as required.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.
