Job Description: As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients. Your primary focus will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our design team. - Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to warm and cold leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives. - Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand the prospect's design needs, project scope, budget, and timeline, determining if they are a good fit for our services. - Product Knowledge: Clearly and compellingly articulate the value of our interior design services, showcasing our past projects and unique design philosophy. - Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality consultation appointments for our senior design consultants. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless client handoff. Qualification Required: - Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related high-volume calling role, preferably in a service-based industry. - Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a professional, engaging, and persuasive phone demeanor. - Sales Acumen: A natural ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections gracefully, and drive conversations toward a positive outcome. Additional Details: This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including commuter assistance and paid sick time. The work location is in person.
