Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database. Introduce and explain our CA services related to taxation, including tax filing, GST compliance, and advisory. Answer client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services. Sales Generation: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements. Persuade clients to purchase our taxation services by highlighting benefits and addressing objections. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Follow-ups and Relationship Management: Schedule follow-up calls with interested leads to close sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Database Management: Accurately record client details, conversations, and sales progress in the CRM system. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups are logged in the system Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally. Basic understanding of taxation services is an advantage (training will be provided). Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
