Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing the telesales team to achieve sales targets, training and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. The role includes creating and implementing effective communication plans and ensuring high levels of customer service for all interactions. LANGUAGE - Fluent English & Hindi Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Team Management and Training experience Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and develop improvement strategies Experience in telesales or related fields is a plus Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
