Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing the telesales team to achieve sales targets, training and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. The role includes creating and implementing effective communication plans and ensuring high levels of customer service for all interactions.
