The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to key industry stakeholders (EPCs, contractors, asset owners)
Identify and qualify opportunities for Weld Overlay and High Velocity Thermal Spray (HVTS) services
Schedule introduction calls and meetings for the regional sales team
Maintain CRM data, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking

Our expectations:

Engineering background (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials, Production, Industrial or similar)
Competent in spoken and written English
Strong communication and professional phone presence
Organized, proactive, and target-driven
Experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry (preferred)
Familiarity with Weld Overlay, CRA materials, or HVTS coating systems is an advantage
Prior B2B telesales / lead generation experience essential
