Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers across India. Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively to generate interest. Pitch and upsell additional or higher-value products/services to increase order value. Handle inbound queries, follow-ups, and resolve customer objections professionally. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, pricing, and promotions. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales and upselling targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM. Coordinate with logistics, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth order processing. Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activity. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably Pan-India). Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejections positively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or Excel. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
