Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales calls, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Conduct client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into our services. Meet or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition, retention rates, and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, outbound sales, tele calling, or related fields. Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone conversations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
