Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive *Telesales Executive* to join our dynamic real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for *cold calling, lead generation, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales*.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct *cold calls* to prospective buyers and generate interest in residential/commercial real estate projects.

* Identify, qualify, and nurture *leads* through effective communication and follow-ups.

* Convert potential inquiries into *site visits* and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.

* Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

* Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to clients.

* Achieve *weekly and monthly targets* for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.

* Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.

* Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

* Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with project offerings.

* Goal-oriented and comfortable working under target-driven environments.

* Proficient in using *MS Office, CRM tools, and call tracking systems*.

* Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome to apply.
