Telesales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telesales & Operations Executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads and close sales, while also coordinating backend operations such as order processing, logistics follow-ups, and daily reporting. Key Responsibilities: Telesales Duties: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch products/services. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product options. Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries shared by the marketing or field sales team. Maintain a customer database with detailed call logs, responses, and follow-up schedules. Achieve monthly telesales targets and conversion goals. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally. Operations Duties: Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution. Create and update daily reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales. Assist in preparing order sheets, billing details, and dispatch plans. Track shipments and communicate with customers regarding delivery status. Ensure all documentation is filed correctly for internal tracking and audits. Support backend operations like stock checks, material requirement follow-ups, and transporter coordination.
