Telesales Executive

Job Title: Digital Marketing Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and sales skills. This role requires confidence, persuasion, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.). Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Explain product/service details, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through lead generation and follow-ups. Maintain daily/weekly call reports and sales records in CRM. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with digital marketing trends to effectively pitch services. Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (Digital Marketing sales experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality. Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
