Job Description

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers through outbound call campaigns. You will focus on engaging potential clients, explaining our products and services, and closing sales. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients. Generate leads and set appointments for sales team. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the management. Handle customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance. Create and maintain a customer database. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
