Job Title: Telemarketing Executive Location: Kukatpally Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to promote our services/products and connect with potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Explain products/services and their benefits to prospective clients. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up on leads and handle customer queries promptly. Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns. Maintain professionalism and positive customer relations at all times. Requirements : Minimum qualification: Graduate. Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
