We are hiring qualified MBBS doctors for tele-consultation services. The doctor will need to talk to the patient over a call Complete the consultation as per the telemedicine guidelines Issue a care plan based on the consultation or suggest the patient to visit a doctor in person. Preferred candidate profile Must have a valid medical registration with a State Council Must have good communication skills Must have very high medical standards and discipline Perks and benefits Work from home Flexible working hours. We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, close deals and maintain customer relationships, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Understand customer requirements and answer questions about the companys offerings. Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals. Maintain call records, customer information, and feedback for reporting. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English (must) and Hindi/ Kannada/ Tamil. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Persuasive and target-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure. Work Schedule Need to report to office for training period, then can operate remotely Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, should be flexible to work around doctor schedules/ availability to maximize sales efficiency
