We have reopened hiring for the below role     About the Role: Join our Medicare Insurance Advantage Outbound Calling Team connect with US-based customers, educate them about Medicare Advantage plans, and help them make informed decisions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.    Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to US customers about Medicare Advantage plans Educate customers on benefits, features, and eligibility Assist customers in selecting suitable plans Handle queries & maintain high customer satisfaction Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Maintain records in CRM and follow US Medicare compliance    Requirements: Experience: 6 months2 years in US outbound sales (preferably healthcare/insurance) Excellent English communication (verbal & written) must Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills Comfortable with US night shifts (EST/PST) Prior experience in Medicare/Healthcare/Insurance campaigns preferred    Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai  Salary: 20,00035,000 (based on last drawn & experience)  Open Positions: 50   Please ensure candidates have excellent English communication as this is a US process.
