Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and answer questions about the company's offerings.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
• Maintain call records, customer information, and feedback for reporting.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor's/ Master's Degree.

• Experience:

  12 years of experience in telecalling, telesales.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English (must) and Hindi/ Kannada/ Tamil.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Persuasive and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sector is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving call or sales targets.
• Familiarity with telecalling tools or CRM software.

Work Schedule

• Need to report to office for training period, then can operate remotely
• Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, should be flexible to work around doctor schedules/ availability to maximize sales efficiency
