Job Description

Knovista Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably within the ed-tech sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, nurturing leads, and building meaningful relationships that contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:
Engage with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Knovista’s courses and programs to effectively communicate value propositions and help prospective students make informed decisions.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.

Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management, persuasive communication, and a solution-oriented approach.

Student Guidance:
Understand each student’s learning goals, background, and preferences to recommend suitable programs aligned with their aspirations.

Feedback & Reporting:
Collect feedback from leads and enrolled students to help refine sales strategies and improve communication effectiveness.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, academic counseling, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.

Requirements

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development roles — ed-tech industry experience preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in sales, marketing, or education is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
