Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated tele-sales executive in Trivandrum to consult students, explain the courses and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the first point of contact guiding them through product choices.
What you'll do
1. Call and engage with inbound leads.2 .Understand student needs and explain the courses.3. Convert leads into customer.4. Manage leads and pipeline in CRM for smooth closures.5. Share feedback to improve sales and marketing.
