Job Description – Junior Sales Executive (SitaraHub) Position: Junior Sales Executive Location: Mumbai/ Vasai Reports to: Sales Manager About SitaraHub SitaraHub is a service-based B2B subscription marketplace designed to help businesses connect with trusted vendors. We are building a dynamic sales team to scale our growth. Role Overview As a Junior Sales Executive, you will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and assisting in closing subscription sales. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to grow in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities * Research and generate qualified B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, and networking. * Reach out to potential clients and set up meetings for senior sales members. * Assist in product demos and client presentations. * Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools. * Support in subscription renewals and client onboarding. * Meet assigned sales targets under guidance. Requirements * 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). * Passion for B2B sales and willingness to learn subscription-based selling. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Basic understanding of sales funnels, cold calling, and lead nurturing. * Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
