Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive new business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase revenue generation.
  • Identify new opportunities by researching potential customers' needs and tailoring solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting quotas and achieving desired results.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or telesales.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cross-selling/upselling techniques to maximize revenue generation from existing clients.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships over phone calls.
