Job Title: Telesales | Business Development Executive (BDE) | B2B| B2C Sales Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in telesales and a passion for the Ayurvedic industry. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with businesses and organizations in the health and wellness sector, offering consultations and recommending our Ayurvedic products for various health conditions such as kidney stones, piles, and fatty liver. Your goal will be to drive B2B sales, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential B2C clients, including health practitioners, wellness centers, clinics, and pharmacies. Provide informative consultations on Ayurvedic products and solutions for kidney stones, piles, fatty liver, and other health conditions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses to drive long-term partnerships. Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully closing deals and generating new business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product recommendations align with customer needs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, Ayurvedic products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Ayurvedic or health and wellness industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on results. Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
