Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth in the healthcare and wellness space. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential B2B clients (corporates, wellness centers, hospitals, clinics, etc.) and generate new leads. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demos to pitch Dr. Mantra’s services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales; healthcare or wellness industry experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
