Job Description

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers (Solar EPC companies & Commercial / industrial customers) to educate them about our solar products and services.

2. Generate leads through effective communication and build a pipeline of potential customers.

3. Explain the benefits of solar energy and the cost savings associated with solar installations for commercial / industrial projects.

4. Set appointments for field sales representatives to meet with interested customers.

5. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the ERP system.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

9. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

10. Other responsibilities as delegated by the reporting manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
