Job TitleTele Sales Executive (TATA GFRP Roofing Sheets & FRP Rebars) LocationBangalore (Work-from-Office) | Covering Entire Karnataka + Outskirts Job Summary: We are hiring a proactive Tele Sales Executive to build awareness and generate revenue for TATA GFRP Roofing Sheets & Rebars across Karnataka. You will connect with distributors, contractors, engineers, and architects via phone, educate them on TATA’s premium GFRP solutions, generate leads, close sales, and coordinate seamless order fulfillment. This role offers excellent learning exposure to the TATA brand and the fast-growing construction materials space. Key ResponsibilitiesMake 50–70 outbound calls daily to distributors, contractors, civil engineers, architects, and project heads across Karnataka. Introduce TATA GFRP Roofing Sheets – highlight benefits like lightweight design, corrosion resistance, natural light transmission, easy installation, and superior durability vs. polycarbonate. Build brand awareness and position TATA GFRP as the preferred upgrade to conventional roofing. Generate qualified leads, schedule site visits/meetings for field teams, and follow up consistently. Coordinate with logistics for timely supply and support order execution end-to-end. Maintain CRM with accurate call logs, lead status, and pipeline updates. Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of tele sales / inside sales experience (construction materials preferred). Excellent communication & persuasion skills in English + Kannada (Hindi = added advantage) Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections. Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
