Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our portfolio of travel services and tailored travel packages.
  • Engage with potential customers to assess their travel needs, providing personalized recommendations that align with their preferences and budgets.
  • Drive sales by converting leads into bookings, while consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring data accuracy within the company’s CRM system.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and company objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, travel packages, and destinations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or business development, with a preference for candidates with experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and the ability to discuss travel packages confidently is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
