Telesales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele-Sales Executive to join our Car Loan division. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing through effective communication. The role requires strong persuasive skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Call potential customers from provided databases or leads. Identify and qualify prospects interested in car loans. Maintain records of calls and leads generated. 2. Customer Engagement & Sales Explain car loan products, features, eligibility, and benefits to customers. Convince and guide customers to apply for car loans. Address customer queries and provide accurate information. 3. Documentation & Processing Collect required documents from interested clients. Coordinate with internal teams (operations/credit) for loan approvals. Ensure accurate entry of customer details in CRM systems. 4. Target Achievement Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for car loan disbursals. Work on cross-selling additional products (insurance, top-up loans, etc.). 5. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business. Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints quickly. 6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and data confidentiality.
