Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions related to our payment processing and digital products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets, build strong client relationships, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to pitch products and services.
  • Client Interaction: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their payment processing requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads to create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.
  • Motivated: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure to achieve sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Base Salary)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives based on sales targets.
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (fixed schedule, Sunday off).
