UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, and other modern design applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Translate business and user needs into intuitive, innovative, and beautiful interface designs. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators. Use data-driven insights and user research to iterate and improve design solutions. Ensure responsiveness and consistency of the UI across devices and platforms. Stay updated with current trends in design and technology and bring fresh ideas to the table. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, and other design tools. Solid portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or ProtoPie. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience in motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Lottie is an advantage.
