About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd. and contribute to the growing success of The Rahul Ranjan Show – one of the most exciting and insightful podcast platforms for entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling, connecting with potential guests, sponsors, or partners, and promoting the podcast offerings. You will play a key part in expanding the show's reach, securing collaborations, and generating revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for guest appearances, brand collaborations, or sponsorships related to The Rahul Ranjan Show.
• Clearly explain the value proposition of the podcast and its growing influence.
• Build and maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly.
• Pitch podcast advertising, sponsorship packages, or promotional slots to interested clients.
• Schedule meetings between interested parties and the core podcast/marketing team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams for alignment on messaging and lead feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
• Passion for digital content, podcasts, or media is a big plus.
• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking would be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of telesales or calling experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
