Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services (web development, app development, custom software).
• Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and provide product/service information.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or business development executives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions (training will be provided).
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain persistent.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fresher candidates are welcome; prior tele-sales experience is a plus.
