As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and successfully closing deals over the phone. In addition to this, you will play a crucial role in nurturing strong customer relationships and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: - Utilize research and outbound calling techniques to identify and qualify potential customers. Sales Calls: - Pitch products or services to potential customers, understand their requirements, and finalize sales through outbound calls. Customer Relationship Management: - Develop and sustain relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance loyalty and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meeting Sales Targets: - Strive towards surpassing predetermined sales goals on a regular basis. Record Keeping: - Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales leads, and overall performance utilizing the company's CRM system. Customer Service: - Address customer queries, manage complaints, and deliver exceptional customer service. Order Processing: - Ensure accurate processing of customer orders. Follow-up: - Conduct follow-up activities with customers to confirm satisfaction levels and identify potential future opportunities. Collaboration: - Collaborate with various teams, including marketing and sales, to collectively achieve organizational objectives.
