Our Company Deals With a Wide Range of Loan Products in Collaboration With BANKS&NBFCS    Our company is actively operating across India — in every state, every city, every municipality, every mandal, and every village. We are supported by a strong network of professionals including connectors &IDCs, DSAs, chartered accountants, property consultants, and income tax consultants                        A telecaller job involves making outbound calls to promote products, generate leads, or schedule appointments, as well as handling inbound calls to answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed call records and customer databases, meeting sales targets, and having strong communication and persuasive skills to engage with customers over the phone.  Key responsibilities Outbound calls: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads. Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide support. Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert leads into sales. Customer service: Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and document sales deals. Target achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.  Key skills and requirements Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Persuasion: A confident and persuasive attitude to drive sales and conversions. Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer issues and offer solutions. Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage databases and CRM systems. Other skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.  Typical work environment Location: Often works in a call center or telemarketing company, but can also be a remote or hybrid role. Interaction: Primarily involves verbal communication over the phone with customers. Pace: Can involve handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
