Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Calling·        Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/CRM. ·        Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries. ·        Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, references, and follow-ups. 2. Sales & Conversion·        Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly. ·        Convert qualified leads into successful sales orders. ·        Upsell and cross-sell relevant products. 3. Follow-up & Pipeline Management·        Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure. ·        Keep track of warm leads, hot leads, and pending leads. ·        Maintain daily calling targets (dials, talks, conversions). 4. Customer Relationship Management·        Build rapport with customers to improve retention. ·        Resolve customer complaints or redirect to the right department. ·        Ensure high customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Documentation·        Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and sales reports. ·        Update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. ·        Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
