Freshers Experienced both can Apply.
Training will be provided for 7 days and you will also be a part of addition 7 days OJT.
Need Good ,Average Excellent Communication in English with other Languages.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance product offerings.
Explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
Build and maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to insurance.
Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
