Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain basic insurance products (Life, Health, Motor).
Understand customer requirements through guided conversations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Learn to handle customer queries and objections with support from senior team members.
Follow sales scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Participate actively in training sessions to build product knowledge and improve sales skills.
Collaborate with the team to contribute towards overall sales goals.
Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or BPO.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to articulate clearly and confidently over the phone.
Eagerness to learn about insurance products and sales techniques.
Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or MS Office is a plus.
Comfortable working in shifts and handling outbound calls.
Residing in Pune or willing to relocate.
Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.
