Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telephony Architect with 5 to 19 years of experience in telephony systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting and maintaining Unified Communication, Skype for Business 2015 with Enterprise Voice, and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable and secure telephony architectures using Microsoft Teams.
Develop and maintain expertise in Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and integration with SIP trunks or PBX systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to telephony systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telephony systems with other applications and services.
Develop and maintain documentation of telephony architecture and system configurations.
Provide expert guidance on telephony best practices and security protocols.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in telephony systems, unified communications, and Microsoft Teams administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams telephony features and capabilities.
Proficiency in traditional telephony systems, such as PBX, PSTN, SIP, and VoIP.
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation tasks related to Microsoft Teams telephony management.
Knowledge of telephony security best practices and strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and topologies.
