Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, delivery) to define solution components, architecture diagrams, and delivery models.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

RFP/RFI Response Management

• Analyze RFPs/RFIs to understand client needs, pain points, and evaluation criteria.
• Develop high-quality technical responses, solution narratives, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission.

Business Development Support

• Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities and shape solution strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to articulate solution value.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation in crafting winning proposals.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into technical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

Market & Technology Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution assets, templates, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multiple industry verticals
• Certifications in cloud technologies or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect).
• Familiarity with proposal management tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record of successful RFP/RFI responses and business development support.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
