Senior Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Solution Architect - Gen AI at CitiusTech, you will be a key member of an Agile team responsible for designing and building healthcare applications, implementing new features, and ensuring adherence to the best coding development standards. Your role will involve working closely with the development team to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, including automation testing and API testing. Your expertise in software quality assurance and ophthalmology will be crucial in maintaining the quality, reliability, and performance of the application. Key Responsibilities: - Articulate, advise, and lead workshops with customers, demonstrating proficiency in emerging technical trends in AI & GenAI. - Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and propose solutions. - Assist in developing robust methodologies, processes, implementation, and rollout plans. - Aid in strategic consulting and constructing AI/ML-driven roadmaps for clients. - Coordinate with offshore AI/ML/Data delivery and competency teams regularly, communicating project requirements effectively. - Help customers conduct root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to address specific business queries and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 11 - 13 Years - Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore - Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc Mandatory Technical Skills: - Minimum 12 years of experience in AI solutioning, including designing architecture and assessing opportunities for optimal implementation. - Exposure to the healthcare domain and familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance. - Strong technical understanding of AI and GenAI technologies such as NLP, Computer Vision, Search, and Summarization. - Knowledge of technical advisory/consulting roles with customers. - Proficient in creating and assembling solutions for customers independently. - Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities for participation in assessment exercises with customers. - Experience working with tech partners like Nvidia and Cloud AI Eco-systems partners. - Excellent communication skills. Good to Have Skills: - Knowledge of infrastructure stacks including AWS, Linux, Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, etc. - Coding knowledge and experience in languages like Python, R, Java, JavaScript, etc. - Experience in visualizing/presenting data to stakeholders. - Understanding of the AI/ML products and market landscape. - Previous experience working on healthcare applications is advantageous.
