Dear Candidate,

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Lead Generation Executive for our automobile division. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the ability to identify and convert potential leads in the automotive sector.

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 Months (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with vehicle inquiries, test drives, and services.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile options.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or Lead Generation (preferably in the automobile industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
