Job Title:
Team Lead Digital Marketing Operations (Advertising Process)
Job Location:
Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a digital advertising support process for an international client. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing operations, online advertising, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15 analysts handling digital ad operations and client support.
Monitor performance, ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure process improvement.
Handle client communication, reports, and escalations.
Work with cross-functional teams (QA, Training, and Operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
Team Management
Digital Marketing / Online Advertising
Google Ads or PPC Campaign Optimization experience
Client Communication & Reporting
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Good to Have:
Experience in SEO, SEM, or Web Analytics
Knowledge of CMS tools (WordPress/Wix)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Work Mode:
Work from Office for the first 4 months
Then Hybrid Model (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Experience Required:
6 years (Minimum 2 year as a Team Lead / Supervisor in a digital or customer support process)
