Role Overview: As a Telemarketing Specialist at Diamonds & Jewelry manufacturer, Trader and Exporter in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team. Your daily tasks will include list management, contacting potential customers, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
