The Telemarketing Specialist will identify and generate new leads, make outbound calls, and nurture customer relationships. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, promoting products or services, assisting with upselling, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide excellent service and resolve customer concerns effectively Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to interact with customers professionally Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications Prior telemarketing or similar experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
