Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role located in Dwarka, Delhi. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer support, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes making outbound calls, addressing inquiries about programs and services, assisting with the enrollment process, and providing detailed program information to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales with a focus on achieving set targets and driving enrollment growth.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with prospective clients and team members.
• Prior experience in education, aviation, or telemarketing sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site workplace environment and manage time effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
