Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in Vadodara. The Telemarketing Specialist will focus on generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with clients to offer tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities will include making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining detailed records of interactions to ensure efficient follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and engage with potential clients effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to address client needs and concerns professionally.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and build rapport.
• Proficiency in handling CRM software and maintaining accurate customer interaction records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets efficiently.
• Experience in telemarketing or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
