Job Summary:

Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce and promote services to generate interest and sales.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or information.
• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle objections professionally and work to convert prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales team for appointment scheduling and lead follow-up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
