Job Summary

Telemarketing / Inside Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Promote Lighthouse’s ERP products and services.
  • Identify business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries generated via marketing campaigns or the website.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment targets.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (ERP or software industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in talking to CXOs, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of ERP software or B2B SaaS is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
