Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing / Inside Sales Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and client communication to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. This role plays a critical part in creating the first impression of our ERP solutions to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and decision-makers. Promote Lighthouse’s ERP products and services. Identify business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups. Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule meetings/demos. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system. Follow up on inquiries generated via marketing campaigns or the website. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and pain points. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (ERP or software industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in talking to CXOs, managers, and decision-makers. Knowledge of ERP software or B2B SaaS is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
