Job Summary:

Target Innovations is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
• Support sales and marketing teams in achieving monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
• Coordinate appointments or meetings if needed.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a persuasive personality
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support is a plus

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
