Job Title: Telemarketer – X9 Media Location: Chennai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiner Number of Positions: 6 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Weekend availability demanded) Timing: 09:30am – 06:30 pm (Time flexibility demanded) About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products or services through direct calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. As a telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and revenue. Qualifications: Graduates from any stream with excellent communication skill. Previous experience of minimum a year in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi, and local language (Tamil ). Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Immediate joiners preferred. Responsibilities: Generating Leads: Identify potential customers through various means and qualify them to ensure they are a good fit for the company's offerings. Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, present and promote products/services, and close sales deals by addressing objections and negotiating terms. Customer Interaction: Actively listen to customer needs, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and staying up-to-date on product knowledge. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow-up: Regularly follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase sales conversion rates. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for effective follow-up.
